Aluminum or Adjust Aluminum ) The 10" spring & 4" stroke shock utilizes Lower Control Arms with the Coil-Over mounting 1" below stock location. The 12" Spring & 4" Stroke Shock utilizes Lower Control Arms with the Coil-Over Mounting 1 3/4" below stock location. The 14" spring & 4 1/2" stroke shock utilizes Lower Control Arms with the Coil-Over mounting 2 1/2" below stock location. A Good Rule of Thumb for the Ride Height of Shocks is Compressed Lenght Plus 60% of Stroke with the Lower Control Arm Level. Since the Stroke of the Shock Mustang II Shock is short the Ride Height of the Shock needs to be held pretty close to the Rule so as not to bottom out the Stock Shock on compression or extension. ****Conversions are set-up for 50% to 60% of the Shock Stroke ( rod showing ) with the Lower Control Arms Level.
